Permanent account and associated-data deletion

Fastest: delete in the app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Farmer Profile.
  3. Open Privacy and account, then choose Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT and confirm.

The signed-in flow verifies account ownership and starts the server deletion immediately. Do not uninstall before the completion response appears.

If you cannot use the app

Email maswadkar@gmail.com with the subject “Krishi AI account deletion request.” Send the request from the email linked to the account, or include the linked phone number and your preferred reply channel.

We may ask you to complete a sign-in or reply-verification step. Never send a password, OTP, authentication token, or unnecessary identity document. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account and profile/settings
  • Chats, uploaded crop images, agent sessions, events, and user state
  • Field Diary entries and photos
  • Voice quota usage, carbon-program requests, and user-linked supplier-contact records
  • Product leads and routing records, except limited de-identified financial records described below
  • User-linked install attribution, notification topics/token, supported Firebase identifiers, weather/location cache, Firestore cache, and temporary exports

Limited retention

Where a financial, fraud, dispute, security, or legal obligation applies, a minimum record may remain. Financial ledger rows are stripped of the user ID and request number. Restricted provider logs and inaccessible backup copies expire under their schedules and may take up to 90 days; deleted live data is not restored from them.
