Delete your account and data

What happens after you request deletion

1. We confirm which account or selected data you want deleted.
2. We verify that you own the account. We may ask you to reply from the linked email address, confirm the linked phone number, or complete a secure sign-in verification step.
3. After verification, we delete the requested live data and send confirmation to your reply address. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data deleted with your account

Account deletion removes your authentication account and the account-associated data held by Krishi AI, including:

• Profile, settings, contact, farm, crop, village, location, and preference information
• Chats, AI session state and events, uploaded crop images, and conversation history
• Field Diary entries, notes, activities, and photos
• Voice-usage records, carbon-program requests, product leads, supplier-routing data, and user-linked supplier interactions
• Install attribution, notification bindings, and other supported user-linked app identifiers
• User-owned supplier or administrative records associated with the deleted account

After completion, no account-linked live profile, chat, image, Field Diary, lead, location, or authentication data remains.

Delete selected data

You can request deletion of individual chats, including their associated uploaded images and AI session data, or individual Field Diary entries and their photos without deleting your account.

To request selected-data deletion, email maswadkar@gmail.com with the subject “Krishi AI selected data deletion request” and describe the chat or Field Diary entry. We will verify account ownership before deleting it. Deleting selected data does not delete your account or unrelated data.

Limited retention after deletion

• Accounting aggregates may be retained only after account and request identifiers have been removed.
• For full account deletion, minimal server-only deletion and reconciliation metadata is retained for 30 days after deletion completes. It prevents cached credentials from recreating data and allows interrupted cleanup to finish; it is not used for advertising or personalization.
• After that account-linked record is removed, a randomized, content-free completion receipt with no account or user identifier or original deletion timestamp may remain only so the requesting app can confirm completion. It remains until the app acknowledges completion. After acknowledgement, it remains for at least 30 days and is then scheduled for deletion by a daily cleanup job.
• When you delete a selected chat or Field Diary entry, a minimal server-only deletion marker remains until the account is deleted. It contains no chat, diary, image, or photo content and only prevents an offline device from recreating the deleted item.
• Restricted provider security logs and backup copies may take up to 90 days to expire under provider schedules. Deleted data is not restored to the live account from those backups.
